Office Coordinator - Now Hiring

The Office Coordinator performs general administrative functions for the location.
What your day may look like Performs departmental typing, copying, filing, faxing, mailing, and reception duties.
Maintains all accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Inputs all invoice and map details, daily collections, and posting of checks.
Assists customers with questions about their account such as balance, credits, invoices, and discounts.
Assists the branch team with projects as needed.
Provides branch team with employee forms and information.
Reviews work for completeness and quality.
Other duties as assigned by leader.
Reliable and regular attendance is expected.
Education and experience needed for this position High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Three years of experience in a business environment using spreadsheets and word processing software is required.
Must pass a drug test and background check.
Other skills that will help you succeed Time management skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Interpersonal skills.
Written and verbal communications skills.
Your work environment and the physical aspects of the job The work environment for this position is that of a typical office environment where the noise level is mostly quiet.
This position requires you to use your hands for many different tasks and to talk, hear, walk, stand and sit.
You may be occasionally required to lift or move up to 10 pounds.

Salary:
$16 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
